Work as part of the development team with the Bank's Treasury and Markets IT team. Work on Multiple projects related to the automation and digitization of Banks processes and systems.
The role is for L2 Murex technical support responsible to provide BAU support.

Able to support Murex application and accountable to all business stakeholders for all Murex production incidents
Able to Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem-solving if a need arises
Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and have a far-sighted vision aligned to the SRE roadmap of ITT
Able to collaborate across all teams (both Support and other Murex Development teams)
Able to provide quality service to business users
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
To track and be responsible for providing optimum service levels for day-to-day production support for the Murex/MLC/Risk users (Front office, Back-office, Finance, etc)
To collaborate with third-party vendors/other support teams to provide a seamless support model for the business
Able to take ownership of high-severity issues and follow through to closure
Answerable to business users and provide strategic long-term solutions and participate in RCA and provide pre-emptive solutions for production stability
To assist in rolling out of new version of the application adhering to the best practices of the release management procedures.
To be able to drive himself/herself to learn new things while dealing with daily production support
To communicate effectively and work efficiently across different Business and support units
Must have
Overall 2-4 years of Murex experience
IT Support experience
Knowledge of the Murex application
Prior Development experience in any Murex module
Working in a very collaborative and agile team, you are expected to work interdependently
collaborate, negotiate, make trade-offs, and handle conflicts. Strong capability to solve problems, and be an out-of-box thinker who frequently comes up with new ideas.
Nice to have
Experience in Cloud architecture (such as AWS)
Technical skills in Sybase/Oracle SQL, and Unix Shell scripting is highly desirable.
Working experience in a Unix/Linux platform is a must. Skills in Windows environments.
Experience with Symphony (Grid Computing)
Development skills (Java, PHP, Perl, Python, C++) and experience with technologies such as (HTML, Javascript, XML, XSL, JSON, and J2EE)
Experience in leading and supporting Murex/MLC/VaR applications would be greatly desired.
Experience in supporting Murex Front to Back Office Modules such as Simulation, MSL, P&L recon Processing Templates, Collateral, Accounting, and/or Exchange interface preferred.
Experience with CMMI processes and documentation
Experience in supporting Treasury & Markets Applications
Possesses CFA level 1 and above
