The Institutional Account Management Lead, APAC will spearhead a regional team, driving solutions that align with client requirements. This includes prioritizing and structuring high-level deliverables, collaborating with peers to support clients, proactively driving regional revenue, handling client inquiries, providing exceptional support, troubleshooting client issues across departments, and providing weekend/holiday coverage as needed. The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of financial markets alongside industry-specific knowledge and proficiency in both English and Mandarin. They should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team to consistently achieve OKRs.
