As a Product Manager at Leapwork, you will join the global Product team and take ownership of key areas in the platform. You will drive initiatives from initial research to delivery and beyond. The responsibilities include finding and describing new opportunities, ensuring high-quality features are continuously shipped, and bringing a mindset to see product development as a growth engine. This involves conducting user research, collaborating with designers and engineers, managing the product backlog, and analyzing the outcomes of new features. You will be responsible for product growth and the success of Leapwork’s initiatives.

Job summary: As a Product Manager in Leapwork, you will join our global Product team and take ownership of key areas in our platform. You’ll drive initiatives from initial research to delivery and beyond—ensuring features are not just shipped, but truly adopted and improved over time based on customer feedback. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about software quality and test automation, has a structured approach to product development, and thrives in close collaboration with engineers, QA, designers, and internal stakeholders.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Independently find and describe new opportunities 
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market exploration to identify opportunities. 
  • Work closely with internal requestors and stakeholders to clarify needs and success criteria. 
  • Define Epics and user stories with clear, specific, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Prototype and validate ideas early to reduce risk and course-correct quickly. 
  1. Ensure we continuously ship high-quality features 
  • Collaborate daily with Designers, Engineers, and QA to iterate on solutions. 
  • Actively manage the product backlog and ensure the team builds the right thing, the right way in due time with external & internal commitments. 
  • Work with QA to ensure proper testing and validation of functionality. 
  1. Brings a mindset to see Product development as a growth engine: 
  • Prioritize new ideas through the lens of maximizing growth for Leapwork.  
  • Analyze outcomes of newly launched features to see whether expected impact and adoption was obtained.  

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly take a new idea from concept to delivery.  
  • Thrives in a fast-paced agile development style with high emphasis on ownership, impact and can-do attitude to lead from the front when new tasks arise.  
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities easily and structure your workday accordingly. 
  • Great communication skills to take complex information and turn it into easily understandable bits of communication. 
  • Experience working in SaaS, software, technology, or a related industry. 
  • Experience with and passion for software testing, quality assurance and test automation is a huge plus.  
  • Technically fluent and comfortable engaging in discussions with Engineering team and understand implications of feature scope & design choices.
