The intern will support the strategic direction of marketing efforts and contribute to initiatives aimed at driving growth and brand awareness within the healthcare professional community. Through this internship, the role will interact with all marketing areas to gain experience with customer acquisition and conversion strategies. Job duties include assisting in developing and implementing marketing tactics, supporting marketing campaigns, and aiding strategies to boost customer engagement. The role also includes analyzing campaign performance data.

The Opportunity
Health eCareers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The intern will support the strategic direction of our marketing efforts and contribute to various initiatives aimed at driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness within the healthcare professional community.
Through this internship program, this role will interact with all marketing functional areas (creative, content, email, paid media) to gain first-hand experience with customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
Job Duties
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing tactics to enhance acquisition, brand awareness,
and engagement across multiple channels targeting healthcare professionals.
• Support the operations and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and maintaining quality production through effective project management.
• Aid in strategies focused on boosting customer engagement, increasing site traffic, and user
retention.
• Analyze campaign progress and performance data, contributing to regular communications and
recommendations for optimizing marketing activities.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Familiarity or interest in learning about marketing tools and platforms.
Learning Opportunities
• Exposure to strategic marketing planning and execution.
• Hands-on experience in campaign management and performance analysis.

The salary compensation for this role is $20j/hr. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
