The iOS Developer will be a part of the SW Product team, this role is responsible for developing native iOS mobile apps.

The primary responsibilities of this job include:

• iOS App Development: Lead the design and development of high-quality iOS applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Tech Leadership: Be hands-on and provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to the iOS development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver robust and scalable iOS solutions.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.
• Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of new features, ensuring they align with the overall product roadmap.
• Technical Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to meet project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven SW development experience, at least 5 years of experience in iOS development using Objective-C & Swift- MUST
• Strong understanding of how to structure code, patterns, development design, data structures, and development.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• High Quality results - Attention to detail as well as good organization and problem-solving skills
• Experience in product environment development, can take requirements into design and development.
• Familiar with latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
• Self-motivated & have a strong desire to create a great product
• Strong design skill and defining mobile best practices and architecture
• Passionate about technology, a quick learner, and excited about learning and embracing new technologies as needed
• Team player, collaboration, high sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Multi-tasking and capable to perform in dynamic startup environment
• Attention to detail as well as good organization and problem-solving skills
• Experience in server development and SQL/No-SQL databases – big advantage
• Experience in hybrid technology (e.g. KMM, ReactNative) – advantage
