As a Junior Designer (m/w/d) at Landor, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, potentially focusing on either Corporate or Consumer Branding. You'll work alongside experienced designers and strategists, contributing your creative ideas and helping to shape the future of iconic brands.

What you’ll do

• Unleash Creative Solutions: As part of our creative team, you'll support Design Directors and fellow Designers in developing innovative solutions that drive project success. You'll have the opportunity to explore different paths – whether you're drawn to corporate design or consumer-focused projects, we'll help you discover your passion!
• Collaborate and Conquer: You'll work closely with our strategy and client services teams to deeply understand briefs and tackle creative challenges together. 
• Bring Brands to Life: You'll evaluate design options, develop concepts, and champion "big ideas" grounded in design strategy and the creative brief.
• Design with Purpose: You'll use traditional design principles to visually represent design thinking, integrating brand messaging, color, imagery, and composition into compelling deliverables.
• Communication is Key: You'll partner and interact professionally with colleagues and clients. Your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication will be contagious!

What you’ll need 

• Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency is desirable.
• Passion for design, brand, and creative excellence.
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• An impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.
• A solutions-driven mindset, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.
