Job Description
Smilegate RPG, the creators of Lost Ark, seeks a skilled System Planner to contribute to the ongoing development and operation of this globally renowned MMORPG. Responsibilities include planning and managing key system data, ensuring smooth live service operation, and designing user-friendly systems. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong data management skills, and a deep understanding of live service operations. Proficiency in defining work processes, effective communication, and creating clear system documentation is essential. The ability to design systems with scalability and maintainability in mind, combined with a dedication to data integrity and high-quality results, is critical to success in this role. Experience with MMORPG live services, familiarity with Lost Ark, and international service experience are highly valued.

- 담당 업무에 대한 명확한 시스템 문서를 작성할 수 있으며, 데이터 가이드 작성을 할 수 있으신 분
- 데이터 구조를 잘 이해하며, 개발 툴 사용을 원활히 하실 수 있으신 분
- 업무 일정을 정확히 산출할 수 있으며 책임감을 가지고 엄수하시는 분
- 사용자 편의와 직관성이 고려된 UX를 디자인할 수 있으신 분
- 확장성 및 사후 관리의 용이성을 고려하여 시스템을 디자인하실 수 있으신 분
- 데이터 무결성 및 결과물 퀄리티에 대한 열정과 집념이 있으신 분
우대사항
- MMORPG 라이브 서비스 경험이 있으신 분
- 로스트아크 플레이 경험이 풍부하신 분
- 해외 서비스 경험이 있으신 분
