The Luxury Sales Associate will deliver a high-level client experience, following the company's mission while achieving sales goals with a client-focused approach. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting clients throughout the shopping and selling process, building and maintaining client relationships, adhering to inventory guidelines, and managing opening and closing procedures. The role requires availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays within the Irvine Spectrum hours. The position offers an hourly rate of $18 plus uncapped commission and requires full-time availability.
Must have:
- Extensive customer service experience in the retail space.
- Sales experience and proven ability to build customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Opportunity
The Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering a client experience at the highest level and understands the importance of following a company mission and vision while delivering results in sales with a client-centric philosophy. Is available to work traditional Retail operating hours that may include weekends, evenings and holidays. Responsibilities include:
- Provide a best in class luxury experience. Includes a warm welcome, tour of facility, ipad set up, and support throughout shopping and selling experience. This is measured by established conversion and client satisfaction goals.
- Clienteling Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Goals Through Required Outreach: Previous weeks appointments, BOPS, SF Scheduler follow up, Geo Targeted Online Clients. Build and maintain a personal book of clients through establishing relationships 1-10-30 cadence
- Follow inventory guidelines (product location, tethering items for security), overall visual standards (tags tucked in, straps tucked in, and displays being returned to the proper area after showing to clients.) and daily opening and closing procedures.
- Provides excellent service including: answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments and managing drop offs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: This position begins at $18/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Irvine, CA location + uncapped commission.
Schedule:
- Please note this is a Full-Time (40 hours a week) role.
- All of our employees at this location work a rotating shift Monday-Sunday aligned to Irvine Spectrum Hours: Monday - Sunday 10:00AM-10:00PM.
- Candidates must be available within these hours for any shift in order to be considered.
