Manager, Pricing & Analytics

General Purpose:

Corsair is seeking a highly motivated leader to join our Pricing Team in the Taipei office. The Manager will oversee and coordinate core pricing functions, including pricelist management, pricing analysis, and team leadership. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Channel Marketing (CM), Analysts, PM, IT, and close coordination with teams in the US and EU to ensure seamless execution of pricing processes and initiatives.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Pricing Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set clear goals, expectations, and KPIs to measure team success and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee pricelist updates and pricing data metrics, ensuring insights are accurate, timely, and data-driven.
• Lead cross-functional projects to refine pricing tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy, process efficiency, proper documentation.
• Guide the team in analyzing pricing data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including team collaboration or project leadership.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Prior experience in a pricing team is a big plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow a high-performing team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with junior and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is highly desirable.
