Market Manager - Macau

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and margin objectives.

• Create account-specific strategies to maximize revenue, margins, and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement effective product plans.

• Regularly report on sales performance, competitive analysis, and forecasts.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and design strategies to enhance customer engagement.

• Establish and maintain "Key Account" relationships and influence at the C-suite level.

• Position Aristocrat as the leading slot provider in Macau through new concession agreements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Aristocrat’s product performance, market share, and customer relationships. Stay informed on local industry competitor performance and strategies.

• Anticipate market developments and proactively respond with sales activities.

• Drive deeper brand equity by successfully navigating media engagements and events in Macau.

• Adhere to and actively execute the Aristocrat Way for Sales.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally 10+ years of direct sales leadership experience in sales, product management, and/or marketing.

• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and processes.

• Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and relevant product expertise.

• Exceptional numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
