Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, driving customer success. This role focuses on sales activities for Enterprise B2C/consumer goods, distribution, telecommunications, media, and telecom clients in Japan. The position emphasizes proposing solutions using Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud. Responsibilities include strategic planning, customer visits, proposals, and contract management, collaborating with internal teams and partners. The ideal candidate will clearly communicate value, inspire customers, and act as a trusted advisor with deep product expertise.

In the sales organization of Salesforce Japan, you will engage in sales activities for Enterprise B2C/consumer goods, distribution, telecommunications, media, and telecom clients. You will work to achieve customer success by leveraging Salesforce's solutions.

Role Description:

This position focuses on proposals using Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions.

You will drive expansion strategies for your assigned area, from planning to customer visits, proposals, and contracts, in collaboration with relevant departments and partners.

Your Impact:

The ability to clearly communicate value to customers, inspire them towards a future of "connected enterprises," and drive sales. As a trusted advisor or coach, you are expected to have deep expertise based on the products in your assigned area to help customers realize their vision.

Basic Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of corporate sales experience in IT solutions
  • Experience in problem-solving proposal sales
  • Excellent customer management experience with executive-level clients, including business champions to C-level
  • Experience in planning for goal achievement
  • Experience in creating proposals and account plans

Preferred Requirements:

  • Sales experience with MA products
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
