The Alliances Account Manager is responsible for managing partnerships and alliances within the technology sector, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem. Key responsibilities include registering and coordinating deals in the Microsoft Partner portal, managing the Microsoft portal with updated user information and partner solution designations, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing sales pipeline reports, and driving go-to-market strategies with Marketing to generate new opportunities. The role also involves managing the Microsoft ESI portal for training and certifications, ensuring compliance with Microsoft policies and reporting requirements, and serving as a centralized repository for information on working with the Brillio Sales, Practice, and Marketing teams. Additionally, the manager will support the publishing of solution offerings on the Azure Marketplace and involvement in Microsoft ECIF/Azure Innovate Funding programs.
