General Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Korea, APAC. This role will involve a mix of administrative support, client relationship management, and coordination with both local and global teams. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our CNNIC Korean clients, including broadcasters, content sales, and licensing partners, as well as assisting in the development of our Out-of-Home (OOH) distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Administrative Support:

  • Provide ongoing support in administrative tasks, particularly related to hotel partnerships, including contacting hotels, organizing, and updating Point of Contact (POC) information.

  • Manage finance-related tasks, including following up on missing invoices, chasing overdue payments, and assisting hotels with Withholding Tax (WHT) issues.

  • Expand support to cover all CNNIC Korean clients, including broadcasters and content sales/licensing partners.

Broadcast Affiliate Support:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for daily requests from broadcast affiliates.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the global office, particularly the INS team in Atlanta, to address client needs promptly.

Financial Coordination:

  • Oversee financial processes, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices.

  • Address and resolve any payment or WHT-related issues with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.

OOH Distribution Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to research and identify potential expansion opportunities for the Out-of-Home (OOH) distribution business.

  • Support pitching efforts to secure additional revenue from new and existing OOH distribution channels.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in sales coordination, client support, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work effectively with local clients and global teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with financial coordination, including invoicing and payments, is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with the broadcasting and content licensing industry is preferred.
