Job Description

Paytm seeks an Area Sales Manager - Deputy Manager in Bellary, Karnataka. Responsibilities include managing, training, and guiding a service team; setting and monitoring service targets; collecting customer feedback; presenting company offerings; building brand awareness; developing customer relationships; and implementing service management processes. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (preferred in marketing, communications, or business management), proven service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Must have:

Manage and train service team
Set and monitor service targets
Collect customer feedback
Build customer relationships
Implement service management processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Cluster Service Manager's responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the service team, and preparing concise service reports. You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer service plans as needed.

Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:

* Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the Service team of an assigned territory.

* Setting reasonable Service targets to be achieved by the team.

* Monitoring the performance of the service team and motivating members to meet or exceed service targets.

* Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

* Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned service area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

* Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close service requests.

* Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

* Implementing a service management process to assist the service team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Cluster Service Manager Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.

* Proven Service experience; sector-specific Service experience is preferred.
