This Senior Engineer - ERP role, based in Bengaluru, involves maintaining and enhancing Oracle Cloud ERP, responding to technical support requests, troubleshooting issues, and implementing modifications/enhancements based on business needs. Responsibilities include supporting financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Subscription), gathering requirements, designing and implementing new features, mapping business requirements to Oracle Cloud features, developing test scripts, troubleshooting integration issues with applications like Salesforce and Arena, working on reporting and process automation, and providing user training. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in defining industry-standard business processes and implementing off-the-shelf systems, a strong techno-functional architect background in Oracle Cloud, and experience with BIP. OIC integration experience or willingness to learn is preferred.
Must have:
- 5+ years Oracle Cloud ERP experience
- Strong Techno-Functional Architect
- Experience with BIP
- Financial module expertise (GL, AR, AP, Subscription)
- Requirement gathering & implementation
- Integration troubleshooting (Salesforce, Arena etc.)
- Testing and documentation
Good to have:
- OIC Integration experience

Job Details:
This position will be based in our office in Bengaluru and provides support services to maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP. In this role you will be responsible for responding to all levels of requests to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will respond promptly to escalations for technical support via phone, email and in person to provide timely resolution, document case status, and provide updates to management and end-users. You will also be responsible for carrying out any Modifications/ Enhancements in Oracle Cloud ERP based on Business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain & Support Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Subscription
· Requirement Gathering, Design and Implementation of new enhancements and features.
· Ability to map Business requirements to out of box features with Oracle Cloud.
· Develop Test scripts based on Requirement/bug and perform IT Testing
· Maintain & Troubleshoot any Integration Issues with other Applications like Sales Force, Arena etc.
· Work on Reporting requirements
· Work on Process Automation initiatives in the area of Finance and also work with Business users to achieve key KPI’s.
· Provide documentation and training to Users and other groups on new features and functionality implemented.
· Meeting key IT Service SLA’s and Business KPI’s
Requirements:
· 5+ Years of experience in defining Industry standard business processes and implementing off-the-shelf systems to drive business process optimization.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering
· Strong Techno-Functional Architect in Oracle Cloud environment is must. Experience on developing BIP.
· Experience on developing OIC Integrations or willingness to work on the same will be preferrable.
· Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Subscription
