We are looking for a Senior ML Ops Engineer to join our internal product, Co-pilot.

Co-pilot is an innovative dialogue assistant integrated into our core global dating products. Designed to enhance user interactions, it offers real-time suggestions and personalized prompts, making conversations more engaging and meaningful. By seamlessly embedding Co-pilot in approximately 15 platforms, we ensure smoother, more enjoyable, and longer-lasting connections for our users. Your main tasks will be:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for C# services using GitHub Actions;
  • Develop and optimize ML pipelines for training, inference, and data processing;
  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in AWS;
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform;
  • Enhance observability across the platform using VictoriaMetrics and Grafana stack;
  • Collaborate with ML engineers;
  • Implement GitOps practices for infrastructure and application management;
  • Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

    We expect from you:

    • Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, preferably with AWS EKS;
    • Expertise in infrastructure-as-code, particularly with Terraform;
    • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions;
    • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation;
    • Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices;
    • Experience with ML workflow optimization;
    • Familiarity with AWS services, including MKS, SageMaker, and Bedrock;
    • Expertise in monitoring and observability tools, specifically VictoriaMetrics and Grafana stack;
    • Knowledge of network security and inter-network communication in cloud environments;
    • Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools, especially FluxCD;
