We are looking for a Senior ML Ops Engineer to join our internal product, Co-pilot.
Co-pilot is an innovative dialogue assistant integrated into our core global dating products. Designed to enhance user interactions, it offers real-time suggestions and personalized prompts, making conversations more engaging and meaningful. By seamlessly embedding Co-pilot in approximately 15 platforms, we ensure smoother, more enjoyable, and longer-lasting connections for our users. Your main tasks will be:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for C# services using GitHub Actions;
- Develop and optimize ML pipelines for training, inference, and data processing;
- Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in AWS;
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform;
- Enhance observability across the platform using VictoriaMetrics and Grafana stack;
- Collaborate with ML engineers;
- Implement GitOps practices for infrastructure and application management;
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
We expect from you:
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, preferably with AWS EKS;
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code, particularly with Terraform;
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions;
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation;
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices;
- Experience with ML workflow optimization;
- Familiarity with AWS services, including MKS, SageMaker, and Bedrock;
- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools, specifically VictoriaMetrics and Grafana stack;
- Knowledge of network security and inter-network communication in cloud environments;
- Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools, especially FluxCD;
