CAPCO is seeking a PCP Analyst for a hybrid role in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in materials logistics management or supplies. Responsibilities include performing medium-complexity operational tasks, supporting structured data analysis, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards for Production Planning and Control, and assisting with process analysis and improvements, particularly in logistics for offshore operations. The role involves monitoring performance indicators and ensuring compliance with planning demands.
Must have:
  • Perform operational tasks of medium complexity.
  • Support and execute structured data and information analysis.
  • Support and review data processing for static report elaboration, development, and maintenance.
  • Create graphical interfaces (dashboards) for monitoring Production Planning and Control activities.
  • Support analyses, prepare Technical reports, and monitor risk studies in Production Planning and Control.
  • Provide support in process analysis and improvement development, including logistics processes.
  • Manage logistics routines for occupying vessels and aircraft, and use offshore cargo areas and warehouses.
  • Ensure fulfillment of demands in planning portfolios and material parameters in offshore warehouses.

EXPERIENCE

  • 4 years of experience with the job activities;
  • Experience working in the following specialties: Materials Logistics Management, Supplies, or other related areas, as long as validated by contractual management.

EDUCATION

  • Graduation: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis or Information Technology Administrator or other related areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform operational tasks of medium complexity, being responsible for supporting and executing structured data and information analysis, in survey consolidations, in addition to supporting and eventually guiding the execution of basic activities for the development of solutions and the implementation of improvements.
  • Support and review of data processing for the elaboration, development, and maintenance of static reports, with the aim of creating a graphical interface (dashboards) for monitoring, through performance indicators, Production Planning and Control activities.
  • Support in analyses, prepare Technical reports, and monitor risk studies and recommendations in Production Planning and Control, for operating and future Units.
  • Provide support in process analysis and development of improvements in all planning and control, including logistics processes, routines, and storage locations on platforms, contemplating logistics routines and processes for occupying vessels and aircraft for people and cargo, as well as the use of cargo areas and offshore warehouses, correlating with the fulfillment of demands in planning portfolios (PMB maintenance orders, Tactical Planning, UMS Campaigns, and Production Stoppages) and material parameters in offshore warehouses.
