Expertise in Talent Management and HR Operations is required. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and more.

About the Job

The People BP is responsible for providing excellent support and service to employees and managers, contributing to creating the best workplace to keep employees highly engaged.

The People BP will manage efficiently the Sandsoft’s day to day People Operations and Talent Management activities within their assigned scope. This role will contribute to employee growth, company development, and the creation of a best-in-class work environment, aligning with business objectives and the Sandsoft People Plan.



What we will expect from you is:


  • Being an ambassador of the Culture and Values of the company

  • Partnering with teams to understand their needs, providing advice with a can-do attitude and proactive approach towards talent and business.

  • Providing suggestions and tailored solutions on people-related subjects, like: performance management, employee relations, learning & development, people operations, compensation, conflict management, and company culture building.

  • Managing and ensuring administrative and legal compliance with respect to People Management at Sandsoft, specifically in the context of the country regulations and customs.

  • Coordinating expats visa process and relocation initiatives with the appropriate internal / external support.

  • Coordinating the onboarding of the new employees, ensuring they are promptly inducted and giving support to become productive contributors to the business.

  • Acting as people partner and the focal point of contact for all employees, managing the workplace requests to ensure a state-of-the-art employee experience (e.g. office perks, facilities readiness for people performance...)

  • Providing company’s policies guidance and ensuring their right deployment

  • Acting as an employee advocate to address individual or group concerns and escalate unresolved issues to VP People & Culture

  • Promoting diversity, equality and inclusion as part of the culture of the organization

  • Collaborating actively with the People and Culture team to champion and accelerate a culture of trust and excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results

  • Providing support to the People and Culture area on organizational development initiatives.

  • Completing the requested internal reporting documents (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

  • Building and maintaining strong and trustworthy relationships with external partners


What you will bring:


  • About 5 years of related experience in HR, of which a minimum of 2 years should be in a similar position / responsibility

  • Experience managing the HR Operations activities with autonomy and being the person-to-go for the related activities / topics

  • Fluent in English, written and oral, Arabic as mother tongue

  • Solid experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position with frequent exposure to internal and external stakeholders

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of labor law

  • Knowledge of Talent Management

  • Expert user in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus

  • University degree, desirable with specialization in Human Resources

  • Professional Certification in HRM such as GPHR/SPHR/or CIPD is preferable
