ABOUT THE POSITION 

The West Region Success Manager will lead strategic and operational initiatives within the Game Division, focusing particularly on European and American studios to ensure alignment with corporate goals for a robust and efficient business operation by 2025. This role consists of optimizing business processes, enhancing proposal quality, and achieving high win rates through effective coordination across departments and international teams.

• Proposal Development and Review: Collaborate with teams to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions. Oversee proposals and pitches for new projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations. Drive efforts to optimize pipelines, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency and quality in proposal creation.
• Project Allocation: Assign projects to the most suitable teams based on talent skills, capacity, and project requirements.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a coordinator between sales and production teams to streamline communication and ensure project success. Foster collaboration and communication across international teams.
• Training and Development: Train teams on best practices in pitching to improve proposal quality and client alignment.
• Integration Support: Facilitate the integration of new studios within the Virtuos ecosystem.
• Executive Assistance: Assist the Division Manager with strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational tasks.

• Critical Eye: Based on a strong attention to details, ability to analyze and assess project proposals, workflows, and outcomes to ensure high standards.
• Project Management: Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Team Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to guide and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across departments, regions, and with clients.
• Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to keep proposals projects on track.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adjust to evolving priorities.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with production pipelines and tools used in the game development process.
• Deep knowledge of Video games market: Passionate by video games, play video games and be familiar with video games insights
