Job Description

Lead and develop online gaming tables in Japanese, adhering to company procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth game operations, maintaining a positive player experience, and upholding company standards. The role requires fluent Japanese (oral assessments will be conducted), excellent communication and team leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong emotional intelligence, and a commitment to responsibility and transparency. Work schedule is rotational, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, on a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule.

Must have:

Fluent Japanese (oral assessment)
On-site availability in Miraflores
Communication & leadership skills
Attention to detail & adherence to norms
Emotional intelligence
Responsibility & transparency
Rotational shift availability

Conducir e desarrollo de las mesas de juego en línea en el idioma japonés de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía.

Requisitos

Dominio del idioma Japonés (se contemplan evaluaciones orales en este idioma)
Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en el distrito de Miraflores.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos MAÑANA-NOCHE (fines de semana y días festivos)
