Job Description

As a Product Manager, Security at Google, you'll lead cross-functional teams, guiding products from conception to launch. You'll bridge the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems to drive development. Responsibilities include defining and tracking product goals, creating product requirements, co-leading product design and development, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, legal, and UX teams. You will also be responsible for validating market size and opportunity, harmonizing processes for defining and tracking product goals, both quantitative and qualitative, for new or existing products or ventures. This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in product management or a related technical role, with a preference for software development experience and proven product delivery.

5+ years product management experience
Cross-functional team leadership
Product roadmap management
Technical proficiency
Market opportunity validation

Good to have:

5+ years software development experience
Experience with cutting-edge technologies

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of product delivery.
Demonstrated ability in technical skills.

Lead a cross-functional team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or business goals.
Create product requirements, co-lead product design and development and manage product roadmaps.
Lead collaboration with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting-edge technologies.
Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, tactical opportunity, business).
Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business goals, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
