Crystal Dynamics is seeking an exceptional Production Director to be a vital part of our ambitious and creative team. This significant role demands a strategic approach, enabling smooth collaboration with various teams to guarantee efficient development, adhering to both budget and time constraints. 

As a Production Director, you will: 

  • Organize, guide, and supervise the team's operations, utilizing internal and external resources. 
  • Create and handle project timelines, budgets, and resources, partnering with department leaders to establish goals, pinpoint potential risks, and form risk control plans. 
  • Secure prompt achievement of milestones, upholding creative integrity and quality measures, while setting definite short-term and long-term development aims. 
  • Tackle intricate project management challenges, escalate when needed, and provide insights for ongoing refinement, boosting collaboration across various stakeholders. 
  • Nurture team members with direction and growth opportunities, highlighting their advancement within their specialty. 
  • Design and enact effective project management practices, steering the team to fulfill project objectives on time, and employing tools like JIRA to certify adherence to quality standards. 

To be considered for this role, we require the following: 

  • Demonstrated success as a Lead Producer (large scope), Production Director, Executive Producer, or comparable role.
  • Experience managing diverse teams in the creation of one or more AA or AAA console title(s). 
  • Familiar partnering with various game development fields such as art, engineering, or design. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across all domains. 
  • Strong understanding of Production methodologies and adeptness in project management tools. 

The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states or regions, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education.

$200,000$250,000 CAD
