- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of game industry experience
- 2+ years of professional experience managing, product managing, or producing game operations at scale
- Shipped at least one AAA title on PC and/or console from start to end in a Production role
- Cross-team collaboration skills

We are looking for a Publishing Producer to join our Global Production team. In this role, you will support Publishing and game development, collaborating with internal production teams to deliver industry-leading interactive entertainment. This includes tracking schedules, reviewing milestones, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. You will facilitate communication for a multidisciplinary organization including Development, Marketing, Business Operations, and multiple external agencies and will be central to the effort of sharing and improving production best practices across the entire company.

Key job responsibilities
As a Publishing Producer, you will:
- Build strong working relationships with game development studios and internal groups, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Live Operations, etc.
- Work with Senior Production on scheduling, tracking progress and managing risk with multiple contributors including the development team, external and internal partners.
- Support and participate in approval and review processes to ensure buy-in from product leadership, marketing leadership and Amazon Games executive leadership.
- Help improve production goals, standards, and policies for production while maintaining production processes and workflows.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $190,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
