Job Description
The role involves being a Senior Lead BI Engineer responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights and intuitive visualizations using Amazon QuickSight. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders, performing data analysis and validation, integrating data sources, creating datasets and visual elements in QuickSight, supporting ad-hoc reporting requests, and documenting reporting solutions.
Must have:
- Hands-on experience in Amazon QuickSight
- Dashboard development
- Transforming data into insights and visualizations
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards
- Gathering reporting requirements
- Performing data analysis and validation
- Collaborating with data engineers and analysts
- Creating datasets, calculated fields, filters, and visuals in QuickSight
- Supporting ad-hoc reporting requests
- Documenting reporting solutions
Good to have:

Job requirements
- Business Intelligence (BI) professional with hands-on experience in Amazon QuickSight and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights and intuitive visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight.
- • Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate data sources and optimize performance.
- • Create and manage datasets, calculated fields, filters, and visual elements in QuickSight.
- • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data exploration as needed.
- • Document reporting solutions and ensure best practices in BI development and data governance.
