Job Description

Ness Romania SRL seeks a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer with 7+ years of experience. Responsibilities include leading requirement gathering workshops, designing processes, performing Salesforce configuration (reporting, object creation, validation rules, etc.), data loading, QA coordination, and training. The ideal candidate possesses Salesforce CPQ and Administrator certifications, experience in multiple CPQ lifecycle implementations, and a deep understanding of lead-to-cash processes. Experience with DocuSign/Adobe eSign integration and Agile methodologies is essential. The role involves working remotely with a dedicated home office and high-speed internet.

Must have:

7+ years Salesforce CPQ & Consulting experience
Salesforce Admin, CPQ Specialist certifications
4+ full Salesforce CPQ lifecycle implementations
Deep understanding of lead-to-cash process
Experience integrating Salesforce with DocuSign/Adobe eSign
Lead design workshops & design functional architecture

Good to have:

Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst who will be working within our project team and be responsible for identifying and capturing business requirements, functional design, process flows, prototyping, testing, training and supporting Salesforce CPQ implementations.

What you’ll do

Lead discovery and requirement gathering workshops.
Design processes aligned to requirements.
Perform Salesforce configuration including reporting, object and field creation and modification, validation rules, processes, workflows, approvals, page layouts, permissions, etc.
Review and load data into Salesforce.
Co-ordinate with Testing teams to perform QA.
Train the trainers and business users.

What you’ll do

7+ years of Salesforce CPQ and Consulting experience.
Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist certification required.
Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud or other certifications a plus.
4+ full Salesforce CPQ lifecycle implementations.
Deep understanding of lead to cash business process.
Experience in implementing Quotes, Contracts, Orders.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with DocuSign or Adobe eSign.
Leading design workshops with clients and design functional architecture and solution.
Ability to migrate and load smaller sets of data to Salesforce environments.
Bachelor degree or equivalent required; MBA is a plus.
At least one year of prior remote work experience.
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies – Agile and Waterfall.
Experience working with JIRA or other Agile project management tools.
Candidates must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet.
