We're looking for a Senior 3D Environment and Prop Artist to join our studios in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As a Senior 3D Environment and Prop Artist, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our art and design teams to craft visually stunning and immersive environments and props. Your mastery of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering will directly enhance the visual quality of the AAA+ titles we produce, ensuring a remarkable player experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a strong artistic vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of game development. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact in the industry, working alongside leaders in 3D development.

• Professional Experience: Over 4 years of experience as an Environment/3D Props Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in modeling, sculpting, and texturing environment elements using tools like 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop (or similar software).
• Artistic Ability: Capable of independently creating detailed, visually compelling environments that capture attention.
• Industry Tools Proficiency: Highly skilled in using the industry-standard software and tools required for game development.
• Game Engine Experience: Familiarity with game engines such as Unity, Unreal, or Frostbite.
• Modeling Fundamentals: Deep understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette as they pertain to 3D modeling.
• Optimization Skills: Experience in managing polygon counts and adhering to texture budget constraints.
• Feedback Dynamics: Able to both give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong ability to work closely with colleagues to foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mentality.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, both in communication and writing.
