About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organisation. You'll work closely with business leaders to uncover insights, streamline processes, and develop impactful data solutions that propel our strategy forward. As a Senior Business Analyst, You Will:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their roadmaps and priorities, including data and reporting needs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues within business processes or systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, management, and reporting processes.

• Document data and reporting requirements and optimal solution designs.

• Develop conceptual data models including transactional and dimensional data models.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating business requirements into understandable and relevant solutions.

• Create and maintain reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.

• Develop dashboards and visualisations to present data in a clear, intuitive, and actionable manner following proven scientific methods and best practices.

• Promote best practices in data visualisation and reporting within the organisation.

• Educate and support stakeholders in understanding and utilising the reports and BI tools effectively.

You Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics).

• 5+ years of experience in business or data analysis, with strong knowledge of the iGaming industry.

• Expertise in aligning data initiatives with business objectives, providing strategic insights.

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) with a focus on Tableau.

• Experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology).

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

• Proven ability to diagnose issues and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Basic understanding of statistical concepts.

• Experience in documenting business processes (BPMN) and process optimization.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and present findings persuasively.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability in agile (SCRUM) environments.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy.

• Critical thinking with a focus on data implications.

• Knowledge of Hichert IBCS and relevant certifications are a plus.
