About the job
Responsibilities:
1. 识别并评估潜在的海外发行商，主导相关商务谈判，策划并实施业务合作；
2. 针对目标市场环境和用户行为进行深入分析，拟定针对性的游戏市场合作发行策略，识别市场合作风险；
3. 依据公司海外整体战略部署，为各游戏产品在海外市场制定对应的授权发行策略，推进与合作发行商的业务合作，包括邀标、谈判、评审、以及合同签署等；
4. 定期调研各海外市场动态筛选新合作伙伴，管理现有的合作伙伴并监控合作效果；
5. 沟通协调内外部的各方资源，根据市场本地变化和业务进展，保障海外授权发行合作的顺利推进与支持工作；
6. 独立完成商务谈判，维护并深化与合作伙伴的关系，规划和执行合作项目计划及其进度。
Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，具备出色的英语读写听说能力；
2. 对互联网及游戏行业充满热情，对游戏产品有深入理解和独到见解；
3. 至少2年以上的游戏商务合作经验，熟悉代理及海外发行业务流程；
4. 拥有丰富的游戏发行合作伙伴和渠道资源者优先考虑；
5. 优秀的商业洞察力和逻辑分析能力，善于发现问题并提出解决方案；
6. 出色的沟通技巧和商务谈判能力，能够在多元文化环境中自如交流；
7. 熟悉财务、法务、税务以及海外合规知识，能够确保公司在国际合作中的合规经营，减少合作中的风险；
8. 具备强烈的责任心和结果导向意识，工作积极主动，能够有效应对压力并保持成熟的心态，具备卓越的团队合作精神和协调能力，能够灵活应对各种变化和挑战。
