JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Community Manager to join our team and help build and manage vibrant communities for both existing and upcoming projects in the VR space. If you’re someone who loves games, immersing yourself in fandoms, engaging with passionate audiences, and crafting experiences that resonate with fans of iconic TV series, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage with our online community across multiple platforms, ensuring that fans feel heard and valued.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop campaigns that capture the spirit of our project and connect with fans.
  • Create and implement community strategies, including activities, events, and discussions that drive engagement and participation.
  • Monitor community feedback and sentiment, acting as the bridge between the fans and our development team.
  • Help shape the tone and voice of the community in alignment with the brand.
  • Report regularly on community health and engagement, using insights to optimize our approach.

Key Qualifications:

  • Completely fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience managing large, engaged communities (preferably in entertainment, gaming, or tech industries).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for games, pop culture, especially TV series, and an ability to relate to fans of iconic shows.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment, adapting quickly to feedback and changes.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working with VR or immersive experiences.
  • Experience managing communities for entertainment brands.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • An understanding of the latest trends in online fandoms and digital communities.
