仕事内容
1. 開発中のSLGゲーム内のマップステージと関連バトルルールをデザインし、マップのコンテンツを充実させ、実装まで担当していただきます。
2. マップ編集ツールの運用とメンテナンス、マップUGCツールの制作と更新を担当していただきます。
3.世界観/シナリオ内容と緊密に連携し、ゲームステージのゲーム性とビジュアルをともに高クオリティーなものをご制作いただきます。
工作内容
1. 负责在研创新SLG游戏内的地图关卡及相关规则设计，以及地图内容填充，并推动落地实现。
2. 地图编辑工具的运用与维护，包括推动地图UGC工具的生产与迭代。
3. 能够与世界观/叙事紧密配合，保证关卡在游戏性与视觉方面均达到高水准。
Requirements:
応募資格
1. 大卒および大卒以上の学歴、ゲームが好きで、3年以上のゲームプランニング実務経験がある方。
2. Unityエンジンに基づいたステージ制作に慣れていて、少なくとも1つのゲームのマップ・ステージデザインを主導したことがある方。
3. 各主流のSLGゲームを深く理解・分析し、マップの制作方法やプレイモードの基本ルールを熟知し、既存のさまざまなゲームのステージデザインの裏にある、考え方やデザイン方法を解き明かすことができる方。
4.優れた論理的思考力をお持ち、ステージデザインの考え方やポジションリングを明確に説明できる方。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，热爱游戏，3年以上游戏策划经验。
2. 熟悉基于unity引擎的关卡制作，至少主导过一款游戏的地图/关卡设计。
3. 对各类主流SLG游戏有深入理解和分析，熟悉常见地图关卡机制与玩法规则，能拆解市面不同游戏关卡设计思路和手段。
4. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，能清晰阐明关卡设计的思路和定位。
