About The Role
Senior Learning requires experience in People & Culture and the ability to act as an independent contributor within the Learning & Development Team. A broad understanding of key domains in Learning, including Instructional Design, Doing LNA, Stakeholder & Project Management, Learning Management Systems, and Facilitating Learning Events, is essential along with a track record of consistently delivering results. The role involves identifying gaps and providing insightful recommendations independently. Additionally, conducting research to support decision-making and design across all domains, as well as critically thinking about implementing the intervention.
