The Senior Office Administration Associate will serve as the go-to person for all day-to-day administrative tasks for the SVP, Lottery. Responsibilities include managing office operations (reception, mail, supplies, maintenance, vendor liaison), scheduling and coordination for the SVP, booking travel and accommodations, expense tracking, assisting with correspondence and presentations, participating in event planning, and providing support for employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. This role requires collaboration across functions and handling ad-hoc requests and projects.

What you'll do as a Senior Office Administration Associate

  • Serve as the go to person for all day to day administrative tasks for the SVP, Lottery 

  • Lead all day to day office operations including reception, mail intake, ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining the office, liaising with facilities and external vendors, etc.

  • Manage all scheduling and coordination for the SVP, Lottery, liaising with team members and external parties as needed to ensure well organized and up to date calendars

  • Book travel and accommodations for executives, team members, and external parties and lead tracking and reporting for expenses and reimbursements

  • Assist in the creation of correspondences, memos, presentations, and marketing materials

  • Participate actively in event planning and provide general support for various employee engagement initiatives

  • Collaborate across functions to provide support and spearhead ad hoc requests and projects on an ongoing basis

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or office management focused role

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization

  • Strong creativity and problem solving skills

  • Energetic and positive with a “no task to big or too small” attitude

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,000.00 USD - 75,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
