Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trip Captain (OnSite) located in Bengaluru. The Trip Captain will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. The Travel Coordinator will also be responsible for travel management and ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for everything related to the trip destination.
- Manage the customer experience from before, during, and after the trip.
- Lead the group and ensure the trip runs smoothly.
- Follow itineraries and adapt as needed to keep the group informed.
- Entertain and build positive relationships with customers.
