As a Senior Data Engineer, you will act as a creative contributor, leader, and mentor in our Data Engineering organization. In this role, you’ll leverage your experience and expertise to build data solutions to unlock insights into our data products and support critical business data quality and health reporting. You’ll work with business partners to understand their needs and incorporate detailed knowledge into how data is used, managed, and maintained. This will assist with addressing stakeholder questions and support data-driven initiatives.
Design and support scripts, APIs, and solutions to integrate tools and data sources seamlessly.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement data quality rules, monitoring, and escalation processes.
Curate and implement enterprise data catalog policies, ensuring metadata accuracy and accessibility for users.
Support Data Privacy and Compliance with regulatory requirements (including, but not limited to, PII/PGI/CCPA/GDPR/PCI) and enhance governance frameworks through effective collaboration.
Hands-on experience working with Data Streaming using Python.
Proven ability to analyze data dependencies and implement robust integration and governance solutions.
Background in the following tools and technologies: Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Terraform, PagerDuty, DataDog, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Expertise in Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Modeling, Data Streaming, and Star Schema Design or Data Vault Design.
Experience with at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS).
Understanding of ETL Solutions.
Experience with NoSQL Databases (Mongo, DynamoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with visualization tools, such as Sigma is considered a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 116,800.00 USD - 146,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations.
