Job Details
We seek an experienced Principal AI Engineer to lead and drive our AI projects from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI, a deep understanding of Generative AI, and proficiency in working with APIs for AI models like LLaMA from Meta. As a Principal AI Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and systems.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in AI, focusing on Generative AI.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Work with APIs for AI models, such as LLaMA from Meta, to enhance and customize AI functionalities.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI models and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to AI models, algorithms, and systems.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in AI and machine learning across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience with AI frameworks and libraries.
- Proven experience as a Principal AI Engineer, AI Scientist, or similar senior role.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques and models.
- Experience working with APIs for AI models, such as LLaMA from Meta.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing deep learning models.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools for AI and machine learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
