Responsibilities
Identify and drive the creation of solutions for spam and abuse prevention in Google Messages that enable users to interact with each other and with businesses with high trust and safety.
Define the product goal and roadmap for Google Rich Business Messaging (RBM), innovating experiences for users and brands building out new functionality (e.g., payments, shopping carts, improvements to verification and spam protections, re-engagement features, conversation starters, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based customer service experiences).
Identify gaps in the current product offering, define and document requirements and deliver business impact through supporting new and expanded functionality.
Lead the team to scale RBM towards a Google scale business.
Define new industry standards and lead the mobile ecosystem (e.g., carriers, iOS, device makers, channel partners).
