Job Description

1. Scan the development trends of the game industry, explore cutting-edge fields, and communicate closely and efficiently with the company's decision-makers and product producers to promote the formulation and implementation of strategic plans.

2. Participate in formulating project initiation and development plans for the SLG direction, providing suggestions and decision support for various producers in the SLG business line.

3. Organize research and tackle key issues faced by the company's products during project initiation, R&D, operation, and publishing, and promote the implementation of relevant decisions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above from top universities at home and abroad.

2. Love games, a senior gamer, with deep understanding and insights based on games, and sufficient accumulation and understanding of SLG products.

3. 3 years or more of experience in strategy analysis, market research, or related positions, or 1 year or more of experience in game development, publishing, or user acquisition.

4. Possess excellent logical thinking, communication, and expression skills; open-minded, willing to communicate and accept feedback; strong self-drive, high demands on personal growth and work delivery.

5. Rich COK-Like game experience, cumulative recharge of 20,000+ for a single product, other conditions above can be relaxed.
