Location: Turbhe, Mumbai

Reporting Manager – Senior Director Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Operations:
Master Creation
Contract Booking
Order form generation,
Validation of approvals before client activation
Pricing approvals,
Credit approval,
Finance committee approval for contracts greater INR 25 Lakh
NDA’s/MSA and relevant documentation if any

Post Sales Operations:

Invoicing
Account activation – coordination with product team or Stake holders
Fulfilment on – BIR, DBC, FA – provide concierge to clients if problem with FA/DBC
Renewal Tracking
Supporting sales and collections team on realization of accounts receivables across business
