Evolution Georgia is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Senior Team Manager. 

Job Description

  • Manage, oversee, and lead team of team managers and area supervisors;
  • Be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and coaching subordinates, assessing performance, and providing helpful feedback and training; opportunities as well as provide necessary support and direction to achieve targets and improve overall satisfaction;
  • Be the first contact point and information source for Area Supervisors and Team Managers regarding daily duties, procedures and any necessary improvements or changes in company policies;
  • Ensure high quality game presentation, results, and performance of subordinate’s team by observing performance results on a monthly basis and providing regular feedback;
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment for subordinates;
  • Complete formal evaluation of staff monthly using all available management tools;
  • Maintain continuous and properly organized communication flow within team, subordinates and with other departments;
  • Maintain quality service of live game presentation by enforcing quality and service standards, report quality and service problems, identify possible solutions and recommend system improvements;
  • Be responsible for procedures efficiency and the development as well as timely update of manuals;
  • Liaise, cooperate with colleagues and other departments, and work flexibly;
  • Participate in and organize projects, social activities and events which go in line with business and department needs;
  • Observe and participate in regular internal and external trainings as part of continuing professional development;
  • Gather and analyse data, identify, and offer potential improvements of main KPI criteria’s (SGC, performance and other product metrics), as well as decrease absences, lateness, emergency and other disciplinary cases;
  • Present regular reports to management and peers on progress and forecast of teams KPI, escalating issues;
  • Be responsible for the proper shift flow in studio on all gaming floors, by ensuring all AS/TM are on place; control breaks and rotation of AS/TM on the shift; Make sure that we meet company security standards (no pockets on GF, no phones, no card boxes left on GF, employees having a safe environment, assist with fire evaluation);
  • Create schedule for AS/TM on a monthly basis and ensure all Gaps are covered in case of sick leave, vacations and turnover;
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees as well as participating in investigation.

Qualifications

  • Higher education preferable in business administration management or other related fields;
  • Full professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal;
  • Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows etc.
  • High knowledge and expertise of the game procedural processes, techniques, strategy, game rules;
  • Strong people management skills;
  • Leadership, Delivering Feedback and Coaching Skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Results driven attitude;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management and strong;
  • Ability to work a 4/2 schedule(shifts/office days);
  • 3 years of total professional experience, including 2 years of managerial experience.
