Salesforce seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager Security in Dallas, TX (remote option available). This role manages complex cross-cloud initiatives, identifying risks and clarifying roadmaps. Responsibilities include evaluating security and compliance requirements, creating policies and procedures for vulnerability management, managing vulnerability case queues, conducting threat/vulnerability reviews, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with security policies and audit requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT security, IT operations, vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Checkmarx), ISO auditing, risk & compliance management, and SIEM/infrastructure project management.

Salesforce Inc.  seeks Senior Technical Program Manager Security in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Manage complex cross-cloud initiative, uncovering risks and gaining roadmap clarity, working independently and taking initiative.  Evaluate new security and compliance requirements and determine the impact to existing Business Technology processes and policies.  Create policies and procedures to help scale the vulnerability management program to adapt to a dynamic environment. Manage vulnerability case queue for Business Technology and work with business partners to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities. Conduct review of threats and vulnerabilities, determine deviations from acceptable configurations or enterprise or local policy, assess the level of risk, and develop and/or recommend and operationalize appropriate mitigation countermeasures. Support the documentation, and validation of processes necessary to assure that associates, business technology systems and business processes meet the organization's information assurance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Ensure appropriate monitoring of compliance to applicable security policies and audit requirements are in place and functioning, report on their operational effectiveness. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Information technology security; (2) IT operations; (3) Nessus security scanner; (4) Checkmarx code scanner; (5) ISO auditing; (6) Infrastructure risk & compliance management; (7) SIEM project management; and (8) Infrastructure project management. 

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
