Job Description

Tesla Motors seeks a Service Intern to support its vehicle service center in Taipei. The role involves hands-on work, including preliminary inspections and repairs of Tesla electric vehicles. Responsibilities include handling "Fast" projects (tire changes, door handle replacements, 12V battery replacements), "Ludicrous" projects (accessory installations, remote key battery replacements), and repair part replacements (under the guidance of technicians). The intern will use power tools, conduct shop equipment checks, perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and maintain cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Must have:

Preliminary vehicle inspections and repairs
Handle "Fast" and "Ludicrous" projects
Replace parts (under supervision)
Operate power tools and equipment
Perform PDI and maintain cleanliness
Excellent communication skills

Position DescriptionThe Role Tesla Motors is looking for a vehicle service superstar to join our team as a Service Intern working on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position is customer facing, so solid customer service skills combined with exceptional “hands on” technical ability go hand in hand. This position is located at the service center. Communication is highly important. Excellent Oral and Written communication required. If you are able to deliver strong customer satisfaction consistently, are motivated and a team player, we are interested in speaking with you.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities- 初步檢查及維修Tesla電動汽車
- Fast 項目，例如輪胎檢查更換，車門把手檢查更換，12V電池更換(由技師判斷)，DD(交車聲明)維修項目處理
- Ludicrous 項目，例如配件安裝，遙控器電池更換
- 維修零件更換(技師查修)，例如大燈，尾燈，簡易的底盤零件，車內零件
- 操作電力及各種車間維修工具
- 進行工場設備檢查，調整和認證
- 進行新車交付前的檢查（PDI）
- 執行其他被委派的相關職務
- 保持車輛，工具和維修中心整潔
