Overview
The TOWER Ecosystem (and $TOWER token) is an Animoca Brand Limited (ABL) project.
As ABL’s first fair launch token, $TOWER was launched early 2021 as a way to bring
players of Crazy Defense Heroes - a popular mobile game - into the world of Web 3.
Since then, the $TOWER token has broadened to include 5 games all utilising $TOWER as
a key aspect of their economic value.
Responsibilities
The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for the continued growth and
engagement of the TOWER community across multiple domains, including but not limited
to
X.com, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram.
This position's core focus is driving community awareness and involvement with the
TOWER project. As such you are tasked with:
- Increasing weekly growth of the TOWER communities on
x.com, Discord and
Telegram channels
- Creating a content plan for regular content updates and posts
- Using tools to create and develop automated scheduling of content on and across
these channels
- Analysing the performance of posts and content with the aim of driving either
community growth and/or community engagement
- Rooting yourself within specific crypto communities (i.e. the BASE community
initially)
- Amplifying positive trends and community sentiment to drive community growrth
Requirements
You will have experience in, and an understanding of:
- What engages crypto-centric communities
- How to grow communities around an established crypto token
- How to measure, analyse and improve upon digital media campaigns, content
performance and attribution
- Digital media tools including tracking community sentiment, and automated post
scheduling
- Creating content roadmaps, plans and campaigns
- Creating weekly digital media performance reports
In addition, you will have:
- A strong grasp of the English language (Chinese Mandarin is a plus, but not
necessary)
- 3+ years experience creating content for, and growing communities on
x.com, plus
2-3 other social media platforms
