Key responsibilities include leading the editorial direction for news and features in gastroenterology, overseeing the creation and editing of news stories and features on gastroenterology, coordinating and overseeing the coverage of gastroenterology conferences, ensuring content is thoroughly vetted for clinical accuracy, fairness, and clarity, collaborating with internal teams and external clinical experts, tracking trends and clinical advancements within gastroenterology, partnering with marketing and product teams, developing strategies for improving reader engagement, building strong editorial partnerships with key gastroenterologists, and assisting with the creation and editing of news stories and features in the related specialty areas of endocrinology and oncology as assigned.
