Job Description

This role involves managing customer relationships with platforms, understanding client needs, and leading a team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing e-commerce strategies for various channels, overseeing sales targets and profit indicators, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating with internal departments like marketing and product to ensure synergy.

  • Promote process optimization and standardization of e-commerce operations.
  • Pay attention to details, ensure high-quality execution of all tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal departments.
  • Communicate and resolve cross-departmental issues promptly.

Job Details

Main Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good strategic cooperative relationships with platforms to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics.

2. Team Management:

  • Lead the team, clarify team members' responsibilities and work objectives.
  • Cultivate and enhance team members' professional abilities and comprehensive qualities.

3. Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop overall strategies for the e-commerce team across relevant channels, including market promotion and sales improvement.
  • Supervise strategy execution and adjust and optimize based on results.

4. Business Management:

  • Responsible for the comprehensive management of various channel businesses, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profit indicators.
  • Analyze sales data and operational indicators, propose improvement measures and suggestions.

5. Refined Operations:

  • Promote process optimization and standardization of various e-commerce businesses.
  • Pay attention to details to ensure high-quality execution of all tasks.

6. Cross-departmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with other internal departments (such as marketing, product, technology, etc.) to ensure work synergy.
  • Communicate and resolve cross-departmental issues promptly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, e-commerce or related majors.

2. More than 8 years of work experience in the e-commerce field, with successful channel management cases.

3. Familiar with the operating rules and characteristics of platforms such as Pinduoduo, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.

4. Possess strong team leadership and communication and coordination skills.

5. Have good data analysis and strategic planning skills.

6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
