● 关注细节,确保各项工作的高质量执行。
6. 跨部门协作:
● 与公司内部其他部门(如市场、产品、技术等)紧密协作,保障工作的协同性。 ● 及时沟通和解决跨部门合作中出现的问题。
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务等相关专业优先。
2. 具有8年以上电商领域工作经验,有成功的渠道管理案例。
3. 熟悉拼多多、抖音、小红书等平台的运营规则和特点。
4. 具备较强的团队领导能力和沟通协调能力。
5. 拥有良好的数据分析能力和策略规划能力。
6. 具有较强的责任心和抗压能力,能适应快节奏的工作环境。
