As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team developing high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits, including delta-sigma ADC’s and DAC’s, amplifiers, DC/DC converters, and other circuitry in advanced CMOS processes. You will play a meaningful role in developing next-generation devices and ensuring that leading consumer electronics manufacturers can easily integrate our devices into their products.

Responsibilities

Work from concept to mass production in a team environment to design digital subsystems that form the core of our high-performance mixed-signal ICs.
Ownership of the design and development of a variety of digital and DSP IP blocks within those subsystems
Verification of those subsystems in a directed test environment and to support a verification team doing UVM verification
Support tape-out and post-silicon activities, including validation, characterization, and production test
Possible mentoring of junior engineers and helping lead small teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Requires an MSEE and 5+ years of technical experience or a PhD and 3+ years of technical experience in digital system design.
Working knowledge of Verilog RTL language
Must know digital design flow from architecture, RTL design, verification, and synthesis
Ability to modify previously developed RTL and the ability to write RTL from scratch
Strong oral and written communication skills
Sould have expertise in DSP or in Microprocesser & State Machine design (either would work)
