As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager at YouTube, you'll be instrumental in forging strategic collaborations between top brands and influential creators through agency partnerships. Your responsibilities encompass the entire lifecycle of brand agreements, from identifying opportunities and defining project scopes to analyzing performance and generating reports. You'll cultivate relationships with stakeholders at agencies, brands, and YouTube creators, proactively identifying partnerships that align with strategic objectives and target audiences. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (marketing, legal, product) is crucial for seamless campaign execution. Success involves fostering strong, lasting relationships to drive repeat business and explore new opportunities, while also meticulously tracking KPIs and providing insightful reports on campaign performance and partnership success.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience analyzing, structuring, and breaking down business problems.
  • Experience in the influencer marketing industry, agency dynamics, and the influencer landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in Indonesia.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in brand management, talent agency, sales (with a focus on digital media or advertising), advertising (specifically within the digital landscape), or other related field.
  • Experience working with agencies to execute campaigns, and strong understanding of agency dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Passion for the YouTube platform and creator economy.

  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with agencies and brands to drive repeat business and explore new opportunities.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful reports on campaign performance and partnership success.
