Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics by leading regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to the global business unit planning teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field Degree
4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or project management.
High performer with additional certifications and learnings in Data Visualization, Data Integration, Microsoft 365, Six Sigma Green
Belt Certified, Data Analytics and Integration, Digital and Cyber Security certifications.
Proven experience in managing supply chain projects and improving processes.
Delivered and lead analytics and automation projects on PowerBI, PowerApps, MS Flows, VB, SQL, Tableau etc.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Project Management or Process improvement (e.g., PMP, LSS Green/Black Belt)
