Job Description

As a Junior Growth Analyst at Gojek, you will be responsible for executing demand generation initiatives, analyzing customer behavior to generate actionable insights, and supporting optimization efforts that fuel the growth of our core businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Research, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
Demonstrated understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
Experience in creating dashboards and using data visualization tools
A structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

Maximum 2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields

About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Growth Analyst to join our Transport Strategy & Planning team at Gojek in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping data-driven strategies to enhance transactions, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention of our GoRide and GoSend services. You will contribute to the implementation of demand generation initiatives, analyze customer behavior to generate actionable insights, and support optimization efforts that fuel the growth of our core businesses.

What You Will Do

Execute demand generation initiatives aligned with data-driven insights and strategic business objectives
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives
Provide actionable insights and recommendations through funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
Uncover growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Research, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

What This Role Needs

Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
Maximum 2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields is preferred
Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
Experience in creating dashboards and using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio)
A structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
