Position Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing recruitment operations, collaborating with your operations team to streamline processes and create an exceptional onboarding experience. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of bringing new talent on board and help shape the future of our new hire experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in improving and refining the onboarding journey for new hires. You'll manage everything from onboarding documentation and background checks to delivering seamless orientation experiences for new hires.

  • Be the bridge between internal teams and external partners, offering expert guidance, updates, and support on new-hire onboarding procedures and systems.

  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead to design and implement more efficient recruitment workflows that enhance the experience for both candidates and business stakeholders.

  • Oversee the precise management of records and data tracking within our applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all recruitment documentation.

  • Create and maintain internal and external communication templates, streamlining how we communicate with candidates, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Keep track of the onboarding process for all new hires and contractors, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to manage job postings, generate offers, and guide candidates seamlessly through the preboarding journey.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role within a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions across all levels.
