Team Leader - Player Support

チームリーダーとして、プレイヤーサポートエージェントを効果的かつ効率的にリードしながら、指導、育成、管理を行っていただきます。会社およびクライアントから提示されるガイドラインと手順が確実に遵守されるよう責任を持ち、マネージメントチームからアサインされたチームの運用に関わる業務全般を担当していただきます。 

主な業務内容 

• 日本または他地域に所属するプレイヤーサポートチームのチームリードと連携を取りながら、エージェントのパフォーマンスやリソースを適切に管理する（主なコミュニケーション言語は英語です）。 

• クライアントの担当窓口として、日々のオペレーションに関わるコミュニケーションを円滑に行う。 

• クライアントとのミーティングに参加し、チームのパフォーマンスやお問合せ状況を的確に報告する。 

• ミーティングに必要な資料の作成とデータの分析を主体的に行う。 

• 社内外のリソースを駆使して、チームのパフォーマンス（KPI）を評価する。 

• チームメンバーとの個別面談やパフォーマンスレビューを定期的に実施する。 

• チケットスパイク時の対策やエージェントのアロケーションを主体的に行う。 

• 安定したパフォーマンスが発揮できるよう、エージェントのモチベーションや健康管理を意識する。 

• サービス品質の監視と維持を徹底する。 

• チームのピープルマネージメントと効果的な組織運営をサポートする。 

• クライアントからの指示や要望に対してすみやかに対応する。 

• エージェントからエスカレーションされた案件に対して適切に対応する。 

• 上長の指示のもと、他チームとも連携し、自チームの改善に努める。 

応募条件 

• 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方 

• ゲーム業界の仕事に対する強い情熱を持っている方 

• ゲームを日常的にプレイされている方 

• カスタマーサポート、カスタマーサービス、またはヘルプデスクなどのチームを管理した経験がある方 

• ライブチャット、メール、電話などのカスタマーサポートの業務経験がある方 

• 他地域の日英バイリンガルチームをリモート環境で管理した経験がある方 

• クライアントとのコミュニケーションに柔軟に対応できる方 

• エスカレーション対応やクレーム処理の経験が豊富な方 

• コンタクトセンターの運営および関連する指標（KPI）に対する深い理解をお持ちの方 

• 優れた組織力を発揮し、優先順位をつけて効果的に業務を遂行できる方 

• 優れたリーダーシップスキルを発揮できる方 

• エクセルなどを使ったデータ分析が得意な方 

• クライアントの要望に沿ってレポートやプレゼンテーション用の資料を作成できる方
